Meet Your Coach

Fitness and movement began for me not as a career, but as a lifeline.

During my sobriety journey, movement became a place of healing — somewhere I could work through hard days, reconnect with myself, and slowly rebuild both my mental and physical strength. Over time, I realized movement is about so much more than exercise or appearance. It can help us feel grounded, confident, capable, and more connected to ourselves.

Over the years, I’ve spent time working in orthopedics, caregiving, direct patient care, dance instruction, and personal training, and those experiences deeply shaped the way I view wellness. I’ve seen how quickly people can lose confidence in their bodies after injury, illness, aging, or simply feeling disconnected from movement for a long time. I’ve also seen how supportive movement, strength, and community can help people feel like themselves again.

That’s why my goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where people feel safe to move, grow, and build strength in a way that feels supportive and sustainable — whether you’re brand new to movement, returning after a difficult season, or simply looking for a healthier relationship with your body.

You deserve movement that helps you feel strong, supported, and at home in yourself again.
